  • Vermicelli: 100 grams
  • Kausar Banaspati: 1 Tablespoon
  • Raisin: 2 tablespoon
  • Almonds and Pistachio (chopped): 2 Tablespoon
  • Green Cardamom (elaichi) powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Condensed: ½ tin
  • Milk: ½ liter
  • Saffron: 1 pinch
  • Sugar: as per taste


Stir fry vermicelli in Kausar Banaspati until it becomes golden brown. In another pan, add condensed milk, fried vermicelli, sugar, saffron, elaichi powder and raisin to boiling milk. Take pan off the heat once vermicelli becomes soft. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio.
